HOW WE WORK
Tricore Capital is family office based in Little Rock, Arkansas. Our goal is to empower businesses to meet their highest potential, while making meaningful and significant contributions to the community. We realize that many entrepreneurs have the capacity for greatness but sometimes need support and capital to maximize their vision. Our goal is to weave in maximum levels of technology and efficiency to enhance revenue, reduce cost, and maximize profit potential.
Our health care division focuses on non-traditional models of employer health insurance benefits. These plans focus on aligning the incentives at each stage of the process by using price transparency, reference based and marked based pricing, novel pharmacy benefits models, direct primary care, and lifestyle medicine principles to prevent and reverse chronic diseases.
In the private equity arena we focus on investing in and consulting with businesses in the health care and consumer products space.
Our private lending arm is focused on hard money lending in commercial and residential real estate across all business sectors. We have developed unique software and systems in the hard money lending space. These help real estate investors grow through a combination of a reliable source of capital and advanced data monitoring, allowing them to focus in the most profitable niches of the residential real estate market.

Jason and Monica are a dynamic brother and sister team who started Tricore Capital in 2015. Their objective is to leverage their prior success in the business world to grow their capital while helping other businesses cultivate success.
In their own healthcare venture, On-site Imaging Solutions, Inc., Jason and Monica used their business acumen to grow the company from a start-up to over 70 employees in three years. They used developing technologies and maximal operational efficiencies to revolutionize the way health care was delivered in the mobile radiology industry. In fact, Jason and Monica were given the Humanitarian Award by their collegiate alma mater for their efforts at improving health care. Jason and Monica’s success not only dramatically improved patient care, but it also produced profit margins four times the industry standard. This return caught the attention of a large private equity firm who sought out and ultimately acquired Onsite Imaging Solutions in hopes of replicating its success.
After successfully exiting Onsite Imaging Solutions in 2015, Monica and Jason started Tricore Capital. Tricore Capital's portfolio includes a health benefits brokerage firm, an active private lending business, commercial real estate endeavors, start-up investments, and equity positions in mid-stage companies.
In addition to managing Tricore’s investment portfolio, Monica and Jason stay active in and thoroughly enjoy mentoring and consulting with other entrepreneurs in the healthcare space. Monica and Jason are passionate about wellness through lifestyle intervention. After practicing neuroradiology for many years, Jason became board certified by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Jason and Monica seek opportunities in areas with a large impact on health and wellness including Direct Primary Care, the integration of lifestyle medicine, innovation in health insurance and the reduction in health care costs to consumers.
In her personal time, Monica is a dedicated mother, wife, daughter and conservationist who loves to learn, ski, surf, foil and enjoy nature. Jason enjoys raising his three children and is an avid reader, cyclist, skier, and water sport enthusiast.
