Within the healthcare sector, Tricore’s innovations included groundbreaking software optimizing clinician workflows to enhance accuracy, improve efficiency, and reduce friction.
Our mobile radiology solutions revolutionized diagnostic care for elderly patients across the nation, demonstrably improving patient experience and outcomes all while achieving profit margins four times the industry average. These achievements culminated in a highly sought-after acquisition, reflecting the exceptional value generated. 
In the energy efficiency sector, Tricore partnered with a benefit corporation to implement predictive analytics and data-driven insights to maximize the economic benefit of energy efficiency rehab work in low-income housing.  
In our private lending division, our novel proprietary software allowed for operational efficiencies, fueling rapid and profitable growth. Our industry insights contributed meaningfully to the growth of what i snow one of the leading providers of private lending solutions in the U.S. market.
Presently, Tricore is spearheading the development of a direct contracting network in collaboration with leading Arkansas employers and high-value healthcare providers. This ambitious initiative is designed to optimize care quality, dramatically reduce costs, and foster a more sustainable and equitable healthcare ecosystem.

Monica Beck Glover has always treated education as a springboard, not a finish line. After earning her Juris Doctor, she went on to complete a Master of Business Administration.   
Monica began her career in law but quickly turned her focus to improving healthcare delivery. Initially recruited for her legal expertise, she transitioned into an internal consulting role, where she streamlined operations for a 300-employee healthcare organization.  
This experience revealed the intricate connection between law, policy, and patient care—driving her to pursue a Master of Health Laws to deepen her understanding and influence meaningful change within the system.   The advanced training gave Monica a multi-dimensional view of healthcare delivery and the inefficiencies burdening both patients and providers – and she set out to change that.   
As CEO of Onsite Imaging Solutions, Monica built the operational infrastructure from the ground up, streamlined logistics by developing proprietary software, and developed processes that dramatically improved patient access and turnaround times. Her systems became the model for modern mobile imaging nationwide.   
In recognition of her leadership and innovation, Monica received the 2016 Hendrix College Humanitarian Award, honoring her work in expanding compassionate, accessible, and state-of-the-art diagnostics to vulnerable populations.   
After Onsite’s acquisition by a private equity firm in 2016, Monica and Jason co-founded Tricore Capital, beginning with investments in real estate, private lending, and process improvement for mid-market businesses.
Over time, their focus evolved toward healthcare—the industry most closely aligned with Monica’s background and purpose. She now leverages her legal and business acumen to evaluate healthcare ventures, advise leadership teams, and design strategies that expand access and drive lasting value.

Jason Beck, M.D.

From the start of his medical career, Dr. Jason Beck balanced a healer’s heart with an entrepreneur’s drive. Combining his passions for technology and medicine, Jason chose to specialize in Diagnostic Radiology followed by a fellowship in Neuroradiology.  
Seeking the flexibility to practice medicine while pursuing entrepreneurial interest, Jason founded Arkansas Specialty Radiology in 2006 as an innovative practice model to serve the states physician owned hospitals and clinics.  
During this time Jason also completed board certification in Lifestyle Medicine, an emerging field addressing the root cause of chronic disease through lifestyle modifications. 
In 2010, Jason partnered with his sister Monica to launch Onsite Imaging Solutions. He designed the company’s clinical and technical framework, combining existing technologies to deliver state-of-the-art digital imaging and instant report delivery tailored to the long-term care industry. Under their joint leadership, Onsite grew to become the statewide leader in mobile diagnostics—offering faster results, better comfort, and reduced costs.   
For this work, Hendrix College awarded Jason the 2016 Humanitarian Award, acknowledging his contribution to patient-centered innovation and his commitment to improving community health.   
Following Onsite’s acquisition by a private equity firm, Jason and Monica founded Tricore Capital in 2016, initially focusing on real estate, private lending, and creating operational efficiencies for mid-sized companies. As the firm grew, Jason began steering its efforts back toward healthcare—the field that shaped his career and remains his passion.
He now applies his medical expertise to evaluating healthcare ventures, mentoring founders, and aligning business strategy with improved patient outcomes. 
A radiologist turned reformer, Jason continues to bridge medicine and management—investing in solutions that build transparency, improve care coordination, and realign value throughout the healthcare system.
